Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Telemetry Med-Surg

StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with one of the largest heath care groups in the United States to assist them in recruiting a compassionate and skilled RN to join their Cardiac Telemetry Med-Surg team in Gainesville, FL. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborate with medical providers, and play a key role in monitoring cardiac patients. This is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment within a 523-bed, full-service acute care hospital.

Position Highlights:

• 45-bed unit specializing in cardiac telemetry & med-surg care
• Comprehensive Stroke Center & Accredited Chest Pain Center
• Patient Ratio: 5:1 Days, 6:1 Nights (must be comfortable with 7:1 as needed)

• Competitive Salary: $29 - $43/hr (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials: $4.25/hr (Nights) $3/hr (Weekends)

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Florida or Compact State (must apply for FL license)
• 1+ year of recent acute care RN experience required
• BLS (AHA) required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS required within 90 days of hire
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
