Job Description
Provide holistic, individualized care using the nursing process for patients routinely seen on the unit. Demonstrates an advanced level of clinical competency, nursing judgment, teaching skills, and a commitment to improving the quality of patient care. Independently performs general and unit-specific clinical skills.
Is responsible for the assessment, treatment or care appropriate to the ages of the patients served. Demonstrates the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patient’s needs. Possesses knowledge of growth and development and has an understanding of the range of treatment needed for all patient groups.

Qualifications
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California. Must have and maintain current BLS certification or obtain within orientation process, prior to hands-on patient care.
Must be able to work normal/scheduled working hours which may include Holiday's, call-backs, weeknights, weekends, and on-call in the Directors absence. Agrees to participate, as directed, in emergencies and community disasters during scheduled and unscheduled hours.
Up to $4,000 relocation reimbursements for out of state and up to $2000 for in-state outside of a 50 mile radius from residence to hospital.
Client also extend a sign on bonuses: $10k paid over a 2 year period for RN’s with a minimum of three years’ experience and $3k paid over a two year period for RN’s with more than 1 year and less than three years’ experience.
