As an Acute Care Registered Nurse, you’ll care for a diverse patient population and have the opportunity to practice across multiple areas of the hospital.

Your day may include:

• Providing comprehensive acute care nursing using the nursing process
• Caring for patients in medical-surgical, emergency, OB, pediatric, telemetry, and swing-bed settings
• Performing assessments and recognizing changes in patient condition
• Administering medications, treatments, and nursing interventions
• Responding confidently to urgent and emergent situations
• Working closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team
• Educating patients and families
• Advocating for your patients and helping them navigate their care
• Becoming a trusted part of a community that genuinely depends on its hospital

What You Bring

We’re looking for an RN who is adaptable, clinically confident, and comfortable being part of a team.

You’ll need:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Nebraska RN licensure or the ability to obtain it
• A solid foundation in acute care nursing
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• A willingness to work across different patient populations and clinical settings

Critical Access Hospital, rural hospital, or small-community hospital experience is welcome—but it is not required.

If you’re an experienced Med/Surg RN, Acute Care RN, ER RN, or hospital-based Registered Nurse who enjoys variety, you may find this environment surprisingly refreshing.
