Salary: $29.00 - $45.00 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, ensuring compassionate patient interactions.
• Measure and record patient vitals and other pertinent data.
• Assess patient conditions and administer appropriate treatments with accuracy.
• Manage medication schedules and administer medications as prescribed.
• Lead and collaborate with nursing unit teams to enhance patient care quality.
• Maintain readiness for health facility accreditation, participating in preparations for HFAP.
• Contribute to patient rounds, offering insights and updates on patient progress.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Valid RN license in the state of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of employment.
• Must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification (ACLS) within one year of employment.

• Experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Strong understanding of compliance with infection control policies.
• Prior leadership experience in a clinical environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
