Schedule: Mondays 8-5 (Assisted)-Fri Part Time 8–5

Assisted hygiene on Mondays, you’ll have your own assistant
Smooth flow with 3 columns shared between 2 hygienists, so it is 1.5 columns per RDH.
1 hour appointments, or longer if you need it
You have a voice, we want your ideas
Built by hygienists, our program was designed with real RDHs
Uncapped bonus potential, earn more without burning out

What you’ll actually do:

Take care of patients your way with time, tools, and support
Use tech like lasers and intraoral cameras, we’ll train if needed
Collaborate closely with your doctor and team
Contribute to morning huddles
