What you’ll actually do:

• Take care of your patients like you want to — with time, tools, and support
  • Use tech like lasers and intraoral cameras (no pressure if it’s new to you)
  • Collaborate with your doc + the team to get patients what they really need
  • Bring your ideas to morning huddle (yes, we do those!)
  • Document in Dentrix/Dentrix Ascend like a boss

Who you are:

• Licensed RDH (obviously)
  • Big on prevention + patient education
  • Cool under pressure, and probably the go-to on your current team
  • Into systems + solving problems, not just treating symptoms
  • Looking for a team that actually has your back
