As we continue to grow our team, we’re looking for an enthusiastic, growth-minded Registered Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care and excited to help build the next chapter of our practice.

Location & Schedule

Mesa, Arizona – Stand-alone state-of-the-art building

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Conveniently located down the street from Starbucks and surrounded by great food and shopping options.

Providers & Specialty Support

• Primary general dentist in office
• Periodontal-focused approach to support comprehensive hygiene care
• Visiting oral surgeon who provides sedation, oral surgery, and implants on an as-needed basis

Compensation & Perks

• $50 per hour
• Uncapped monthly bonus with very attainable targets
• Bonus structure provides significant earning potential beyond hourly rate

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a hygienist who is:

• Excited to join a refreshed and motivated team

• Passionate about patient education and long-term oral health
• Professional, friendly, and team-oriented
• Strong with perio protocols and confident in recommending perio treatment
• Tech-savvy and adaptable in a modern dental setting

Preferred (but not required):

• Laser certification
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend
• Bilingual Spanish/English
