Title: Regional, Sr. Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis - Hybrid

Hybrid - 3 or 4 days in office / 1 or 2 days REMOTE

Location: Morris County, NJ

Salary: $175K To $185K plus incentives

Overview

Hybrid “Business Unit FP&A” opportunity. Seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis professional for a client in Morris County, NJ. The professional hired will cover the largest and most successful business unit of the company. 7+ years of related finance experience. MBA/CPA is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute expertise in monthly forecasts and the annual budget process.
  • Support stakeholders achieve financial objections
  • Perform financial management reporting and forecasting.
  • Analyze, track, and report spend, including cost saving initiatives.
  • Prepare overhead reports for month-end actuals and forecasts.
  • Assist the commercial operations with regular reporting and analysis.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on consolidated regional performance.
  • Report to Senior Management on actuals and forecasts.
  • Develop analytical approach to analyze financial performance, KPIs, etc
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the Finance organization to develop forecasts and budgets, provide financial analysis during the close process and improve reporting by gaining a strong understanding of business performance.
  • Streamline FP&A processes, implement value-added FP&A analysis, and drive leadership standards.
  • Perform special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • BS in accounting or finance
  • 7+ years of Finance experience.
  • MBA/CPA a plus.
  • FP&A experience at a business unit or region level is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements (income statement, cash flow, balance sheet).
  • Ability to identify the impact of changes in business operations on financials.
  • Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Expertise in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint and computer skills.
  • Understanding of general accounting principles.
