Our client, a global leader in machine manufacturing, specializes in metal fabrication machines sold throughout North America, Europe, and Japan. As part of a strategic re-structuring in the Canadian market, they are looking for a Regional Service Manager to oversee service operations across Central Ontario (all of Ontario). Hybrid Work Model: Enjoy the flexibility of working 2 days remotely while managing a hands-on, customer-focused service team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead & Manage a team of Service Technicians and a Service Coordinator, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
  • Oversee Daily Operations – schedule technicians, track service hours, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build Customer Relationships – regularly visit key clients, address service concerns, and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Develop Talent – provide ongoing training and development for service staff, keeping them up to date with the latest industry advancements.

What You Bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience managing a service team in Central Ontario.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships with key clients across Ontario.
  • Knowledge of metal fabrication machinery, processes, and industry challenges is an asset.
  • Proven experience in an OEM or Machine Manufacturing environment.
