This individual should have a solid understanding of installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance. The ideal candidate will have prior customer success management experience in the printing or packaging trades. This person will focus on existing customers and explore options for retrofits, new service agreements that can include part management. An understanding of metrics related to service calls and on-site visits will need to be discussed. Salary ranges between $90k and $120k depending on experience.
