Regional Sales Representative
Job Overview:

They are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural equipment sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and representing our brand in the market. This position will require up to 50% travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential customers in the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in agricultural equipment sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High energy and a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory as needed.
