SALARY RANGE

$80K-$100K- commensurate with experience plus bonus potential

We are currently seeking a Regional Sales Strategy Executive to play an integral role in our sales department. Your primary responsibilities will be to drive revenue, increase profits, and expand our customer base. You will be at the forefront of understanding customer needs, promoting sales of our products, creating sales contracts, and providing technical expertise. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive company revenue and increase profits by working directly with customers and promoting the sale of company products.
  • Create sales contracts for products or services through cold calling or sales leads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the technical aspects of our products/services.
  • Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to strategic plans and reviews, implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
  • Forecast sales financial objectives, prepare an annual budget, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in line with national objectives.
  • Expand customer base by counseling district sales representatives and identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities and tracking competitors.
  • Implement trade promotions and evaluate trade spending.
  • Continually update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5 to 7 years of industry experience, including direct industry experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field experience in the electrical field.
  • Previous sales or engineering experience in a control and machinery panel builder or systems integrator is a plus.
  • Proficient in Low Voltage Power Distribution, Machinery and Control Panel Building, Control Systems Integration and OEMs.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent listening skills.
  • Knowledgeable in industrial and electrical fields, as well as channels of distribution.
  • Experience in cross-functional and cross-cultural team leadership and team building.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Self-starter with an execution mindset to drive results.
