Regional Sales Manager (PA)

We are representing a metal processing and fabrication leaders who is looking to continue to grow their market share within the PA, NJ, NY markets.

The Position

The position will require someone who currently resides within the greater Philadelphia market or someone who would have an interest in relocating to Southeastern, Pennsylvania or New Jersey. The Regional Sales Manager will take responsibility for (5) outside sales representatives along with the regional Inside Sales and Customer Service Team.

Candidate Qualifications

• Background selling within the metal industry
• Excellent background developing markets & people
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work within the United States
• A college degree is preferred but not necessary

Compensation

This individual will spend about 50% of the time in the field with current customers and 50% of the time in the regional office leading and developing future individuals.
