Rubali Professionals Inc - the sole distributor of evidence-based clinical knowledge solutions (Truven Software) in the Central and Caribbean regions - is looking for a confident and reliable Sales Account Executive to join our high performing sales team. If you are strong at closing sales and have a background in the medical, or health related field this position is for you. The company is growing quickly and needs an enthusiastic sales account executive to further our expansion.
As a Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for the following:
- Building accounts into life-long customers by employing integrity and persistence
- Passionately educate physicians and other healthcare professionals on integrated medical software
- Enthusiastically servicing existing accounts while working to grow and expand the territory.
- Being knowledgeable about the product and possess strong persuasive skills to close sales
- Understanding the product line and staying current on new medical findings
- Communicating daily/weekly with sales leaders
- Maintaining a full calendar of appointments/meetings
- Must be willing to travel to hospitals within Puerto Rico, Caribbean, and Central American regions.

Sales Associates are paid a salary with a tiered commission structure. Pay will be commensurate with experience and ability. - Possess a college degree (preferably in a science or business related field), or the equivalent level of experience
- Over two years experience in commission based sales
- Knowledge of joint commission hospital certification and/or meaningful use incentives
- Previous experience in selling medical software or products is a plus
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to work independently
- Have strong customer centric work habits
- Excellent speaker, able to articulate a pitch clearly and quickly
- Be positive and contributing member of the sales team
