Job Functions:
• Develop and work new/existing relationships to identify new leads/projects and actively
engage to convert the lead/project to an order
• Prepare RFQ’s to potential customers
• Update and maintain sales CRM with all activity
• Support customer throughout the whole process; pre-sale, manufacturing phase, factory
acceptance tests, and post machine delivery
• Work with sales/marketing team to identify new market trends and development
• Travel required up to 40% of the year, visiting customers/agents in assigned territory and
attending trade shows

• Ability to clearly listen to a customer’s current opportunity and identify potential solutions
• Clearly articulate to the internal technical team details of a potential project
• Strong interpersonal skills working with a wide variety of people, building relationships,
and networking
• Be knowledgeable about our machinery solutions

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field or 3+ years of sales experience
• Experience selling capital equipment preferred
• Ability to use MS Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
• Be coachable and want to learn
