Sales Engineer

• Market development and sales of Industrial Automation products, including Servo, AC Drives, VFD's, HMI, PLC, Power Supplies, and Temp. Controllers
• Hunter mentality - Grow existing business and bring in new business
• Sales and Relationships into Heavy Machinery a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (BSEE or BSME) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Automation.
• Strong commitment to follow-up and follow-through.
• Innovative problem-solving mindset with a pioneering spirit.
• Ability to develop and implement a personal sales strategy that delivers value and results.
• Skilled in identifying decision-makers and fostering close relationships with them.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate professionally in written formats, including emails, RFIs/RFPs, and reports.
• Organized and analytical, capable of overcoming technical sales challenges through creative solutions.
• Must be willing to travel an average of 50%.
