The Role
The Regional Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding the company's regional window manufacturer business. This position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage an independent sales team and drive significant business growth. The role involves selling value to customers and leveraging CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to enhance customer relationships and sales processes. Candidates can expect to travel frequently, spending 1-2 nights out per week, for roughly three weeks each month, to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships and explore new business opportunities.
