What You’ll Do:
As the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for proactively managing your assigned sales
territory with a focus on both cultivating new business and nurturing existing business. In this role you
will serve as a trusted consultant, providing best-in-class solutions to our partner’s needs. Through a
focus on our client's value proposition you will help further distinguish our client as the
partner of choice for both new and existing partners. In this role you will focus on opportunities within
the Public Safety markets. Candidates must live in Midwest or Northeast Region.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate end-user relationship.
Plan and implement effective sales programs in order to achieve sales growth through
acquisition of new accounts and retention of current accounts.
Identification and prioritization of new prospects. Development of a systematic method for
penetrating new accounts, securing their business, and clearly identifying methods for
establishing exceptional customer support.
Prepare sales projections (monthly & annual).
Timely and effective communication with internal and external partners.
Manage assigned sales region through the utilization of a CRM (Salesforce).
Teamwork: work together with inside sales representatives and cells to ensure proper product
implementation and customer satisfaction.
Assist Marketing with market research, feedback, new product ideas and competitive pricing
suggestions.
This position is responsible for both our client and PMT product lines.
Extensive travel providing focused field sales coverage in the following sales region – Public
Sector Midwest and North East Region, which is comprised of the following States: Michigan,
Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, New York, New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, Massachusetts,
Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania

Work will be performed remotely within the assigned sales region.
