The Role:
We are currently seeking a qualified Regional Sales Manager for a remote field sales position covering the Northeast. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for cultivating new relationships and driving growth within the territory. Tremendous opportunity to work with one of the country’s leading manufacturers of windows and doors.

To be successful in this role, candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant sales management experience and be comfortable with frequent travel to cover the assigned territory. We are looking for a motivated self-starter and someone who has active contacts in the market with leading dealers and lumberyards. Heavy knowledge of windows and doors is a requirement for this opportunity.

Benefits and Compensation:
  • Base salary: $135,000
  • "All in" compensation for a successful candidate: $267,000 Total Target Earnings
