What You’ll Do

Drive regional sales growth across locksmiths, integrators, and distribution partners

Own and execute territory sales strategy—identify prospects, close deals, and deepen client trust

Provide product expertise and support tailored to each customer’s needs

Collaborate closely with inside sales and fulfillment teams to deliver on promises

Track activity and pipeline in CRM and report regularly on progress

Represent the brand at key events and trade shows across the region
What You’ll Need

3–5+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in hardware, security, or construction supply)

Strong knowledge of the Mountain States region and its business landscape

Hunter mentality—self-starter who thrives with autonomy

Comfort with CRM tools, virtual selling, and regular regional travel
