Regional Sales Manager – Mountain States

Location: Remote (CO, UT, AZ, NM) Full-Time

Overview
A national leader in commercial and residential door hardware and security distribution is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to cover the Mountain States. This is a strategic growth territory with loyal customers and room to expand. What You’ll Do

  • Drive regional sales growth across locksmiths, integrators, and distribution partners

  • Own and execute territory sales strategy—identify prospects, close deals, and deepen client trust

  • Provide product expertise and support tailored to each customer’s needs

  • Collaborate closely with inside sales and fulfillment teams to deliver on promises

  • Track activity and pipeline in CRM and report regularly on progress

  • Represent the brand at key events and trade shows across the region

What You’ll Need

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in hardware, security, or construction supply)

  • Strong knowledge of the Mountain States region and its business landscape

  • Hunter mentality—self-starter who thrives with autonomy

  • Comfort with CRM tools, virtual selling, and regular regional travel

  • Excellent communication and follow-through
