Our client, a leading Manufacturer of Millwork, is looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling to distinct customer groups within a geographic territory as well as oversee a sales force of 8-10 individuals. We are looking for seasoned professionals who are passionate, excellent communicators, and proven sales experts. The territory is within the Mid-Atlantic.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Meet revenue and profit goals for defined territory by growing and malignant market share
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Lead and manage sales team throughout the northeast
  • Set goals and implement side by side with the sales force
  • Launch new products and line extensions
  • Lead and implement sales territory through business development and customer relationships
  • Live company values

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • 3+ years in a management/leadership role
  • Knowledge of the millwork, window, door industry
  • Demonstrated success at selling differentiated products, understanding and communicating manufacturing technologies and testing protocols
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong written and oral communication capabilities
  • High energy, self-starter, driven to succeed
  • The employee may be required to travel in support of sales, travelling, and service management 50%
