Leading Real-Time (Facial, Body, and Behavior Recognition AI tech firm) is seeking a (Regional Sales Manager) to help us scale and achieve our vision for success in the APAC region.
As an RSM, you will be responsible for managing sales and relationships throughout the APAC region. The main role is to identify/develop new business opportunities, while also working with customers/partners, to increase revenues and ensure coordination with the VP of Sales and corporate HQ in Israel.

Job Responsibilities include but may not be limited to:
- Trusted advisor, consultative solution selling of Firm’s technology
- Consultative sales experience especially around the adoption of Video Analytics and AI products (a plus)
- Business development - must have proven track record of pipeline development
- Account/Opportunity Management - must follow a process to understand prospects' businesses, challenges, and desired outcomes to effectively position our solutions.
- Engage in consultative sales conversations with key stakeholders to uncover their needs and pain points often with partners involved.
- Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of our solutions and stay up-to-date with product enhancements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotes that address the specific requirements of prospects.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service level agreements to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
- Manage and track the sales pipeline, including updating CRM systems (salesforce) and providing regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions in the market.
- Travel is required (about 30%).
Requirements
- Prior enterprise sales experience (minimum of 5 years) solution selling an intangible product (government sales at state/local or federal level a plus)
- Must be a hunter sales professional
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with senior level executives
- Strong negotiation and closing skills in long sales cycle, high dollar sales
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
- Familiarity with Sales force and sales productivity tools (a plus)
- Must live in APAC region; ideally, will live in one of the following countries (Philippines, Korea, Thailand or Singapore). Candidates in other APAC countries will also be considered
