Role Description:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating new business and managing existing client relationships to meet defined sales targets within a designated territory. This role involves preparing and delivering technical presentations and proposals to engineering and contracting firms, while also negotiating contracts and sales orders. The position requires a deep understanding of company products and services, with the ability to communicate these effectively to customers. Regular market analysis and reporting to the Area Sales Manager ensure alignment with regional goals and competitive positioning.
