Role Description:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth through the reps they manage as well as expanding market reach within the Eastern U.S.. They will focus on cultivating strong relationships with national builders, dealers and distributors throughout their region. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with a proven track record of building, leading, and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve business objectives.
