They are looking for a Regional Sales Manager in the Northeast to manage distributor, contractor, and agency relationships. This person will have full autonomy in the territory and have significant support behind the scenes. What You'll Do
- Develop new account target lists and track to add new customers within the market
- Develop and execute yearly joint business plans with manufacture representatives in the region
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to representative sales staff
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience in wholesale distribution required
- Knowledge of construction market required
- Willing to travel 75%
