Our client is a $75M, privately held commercial furniture manufacturer that is looking to add a regional sales manager to their US team in the Chicagoland market. This is a design-driven sell that will focus on managing independent reps and driving business through the A&D community across the US. Compensation for the role is very competitive and will offer a strong base salary in the low-mid 100K range with a bonus opportunity pushing you $200K+!

What You'll Do
  • Oversee multi-line independent sales agents
  • Manage small, medium, and large market states across the region
What You'll Need
  • 10+ years of experience in sales
  • 5+ years of experience in a supervisory/management capacity in an end-user environment
