Regional Sales Manager- NC/VA:

• Own and grow a NC-based territory covering North Carolina and most of Virginia, with a strong emphasis on new business development and door-opening.
• Sell engineered, large-scale industrial equipment and systems into distribution centers, ports, automotive, paper, bulk material handling, and processing environments.
• Build long-term relationships with OEMs, integrators, and end users by sitting with customers, diagnosing problems, and removing roadblocks rather than hard selling.
• Lead complex sales cycles involving presentations of large technical solutions (e.g., ASRS, racking, robotics, automated conveyor systems).
• Manage territory planning, forecasting, and account strategy while traveling 5–10 nights per month early on.
• Ideal for a curious, consultative salesperson with strong territory management experience and a relationship-driven, SPIN-style selling approach.
