Our client is a global leader in AI-powered video analytics and security solutions, delivering advanced technology that enhances situational awareness, operational efficiency, and public safety. Their platform is trusted by government and enterprise customers across the Middle East and globally to modernize surveillance and enable data-driven decision-making.

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Riyadh to lead growth across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region, managing both direct sales and partner-led channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic, consultative seller with a deep understanding of the regional landscape and a track record of closing complex deals in security or AI-related technologies.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive enterprise sales of AI-based video analytics and security solutions

  • Exceed annual revenue targets through new business and account expansion

  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline and territory strategy

  • Accurately forecast performance and maintain strong sales discipline

  • Develop and maintain strong customer and partner relationships

  • Work closely with integrators, resellers, and channel partners to drive adoption

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical and operational needs


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of B2B tech sales experience (video analytics/security preferred)

  • Strong knowledge of cloud/video security, networking, and infrastructure

  • Experience managing a regional territory in Saudi Arabia or the GCC

  • Proven success in both direct and partner/channel sales

  • Skilled in negotiation, forecasting, and value-based selling

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency strongly preferred

  • Relevant academic degree

  • High integrity, discipline, and a collaborative mindset
