Regional Sales Manager - Medical Equipment

Join our dynamic sales team as a Regional Sales Manager where you will drive growth by selling advanced medical laser equipment to Med Spas, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons across Northern California and Nevada. This role offers a robust salary package, including a $75k base plus uncapped commission potential that top performers typically see exceeding $350k annually, highlights include a $625 monthly car allowance, gas, and covered travel expenses. This position requires determination, the ability to engage effectively with potential clients through high-volume cold calling, and extensive travel to nurture a prosperous sales region.

Salary: $75,000 base salary per year plus uncapped commission

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the medical spa, dermatology, and plastic surgery arenas.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calls and meetings to introduce medical laser equipment
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and follow-up support.
  • Provide product demonstrations and consultations to highlight product benefits and features.
  • Maintain accurate records in the sales database and provide regular performance reports.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position products.
  • Regular travel within territory with overnights and weekend commitments as necessary.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in equipment or medical device sales to private practices.
  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong cold-calling skills and resilience in high-pressure sales situations.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the medical spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery markets.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving sales quotas.
  • Experience working with CRM software and proficient in MS Office Suite.
