The Regional Sales Manager will enjoy working with a wide variety of customers from both outside and inside our organization. You will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts. You will manage the day-to-day sales process, lead presentations and demos, develop proposals, and finalize sales for all our clients' products. You will work in conjunction with our distributor network and training department to ensure customers’ needs are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Work in tandem with distributor network
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through calling and other methods
  • Update CRM with pertinent information
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    Analyze the territory market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • Contribute to team effort by performing related results as needed

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Bachelor’s degree – preferred
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative – Law Enforcement experience preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices, along with ability to build productive business relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Impeccable time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
