This individual will focus on developing strong relationships with architects, specifiers, general contractors, landscape professionals, and property managers. The role is responsible for executing a strategic growth plan, identifying new opportunities, and positioning a premium portfolio of outdoor products and services within the design-build community.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development and revenue growth within the assigned territory, targeting long-term annual sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, specifiers, general contractors, landscape professionals, and property managers.
- Collaborate with leadership to create and execute a multi-year territory growth strategy.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, account activity, and forecasting through disciplined CRM usage.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support project development, product education, and partner success.
- Develop deep expertise in the company’s product offerings, services, installation processes, and systems.
- Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or territory management.
- Experience working with the design-build community, including architects, landscape professionals, or luxury contractors.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Experience using CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) to manage pipeline and sales activity.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory and work independently.
