Position Responsibilities:

A successful Regional Sales Director will demonstrate the ability to:

  • Evangelize our mission is to improve patient outcomes through better care transitions, leading clients to understand how Aidin’s solutions have a meaningful impact on care coordination.
  • Relentlessly pursue opportunities to grow presence in the healthcare market, engaging high-level decision-makers and developing a strategic approach to win new business.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and client success teams to ensure a seamless experience for prospective clients.
  • Execute against a responsive sales process framework with a bias for action and focus on accountability.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Manage the sales process with prospective clients from lead generation and qualification to deal closure, using a solution selling sales methodology.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and C-Level executives and work directly with Physicians and Physician Services executives
  • Develop account plans to fully deploy solutions by working with customers to build roadmaps for future expansion.
  • Lead discovery processes with empathy and credibility, uncovering the business challenges to solve for prospective customers.
  • Track and report on pipeline progress, continually qualifying active deals to ensure goals are met.
  • Execute against a responsive sales process framework with a bias for action and focus on accountability

Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, selling SaaS solutions to senior stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong business acumen with executive-level negotiation skills and in-depth understanding of contract and licensing terms.
  • Comfort developing multi-input account strategies to roadmap technology adoption across multiple years inside enterprise health systems.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience developing strategic sales campaigns and managing complex sales processes
  • The ability to manage and forecast pipeline activity accurately accompanied by strong CRM skills to forecast accurately.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic environment, with a collaborative approach to achieving results.
