Regional Sales Director
Job Description
We are seeking an individual to join our sales organization who is ready to hit the ground running and be part of a growing team identifying and selling solutions within the multifamily industry.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Generate, build and grow relationships between IIQ solutions and the multifamily management companies across the United States.
- Work with decision makers and influencers in the multifamily market by traveling throughout the country to promote multiple IIQ solutions.
- Communicate with your existing business relationships to discover multiple opportunities to better their business processes, with IIQ solutions.
- Work directly with an Engagement Manager to ensure successful implementation of IIQ product and solutions.
- Identify Cross-sell opportunities with other divisions within the IIQ family.
- Attend trade shows and events, both nationally, as well as within a defined territory or customer base.
- Become knowledgeable with multiple IIQ solutions, to identify opportunities within a potential prospect or customer.
- Work closely with other National Sales Director professionals to continue building better processes, which will enhance the overall satisfaction of IIQ customers.
- Address prospects/client challenges by presenting, demonstrating, and persuasively communicating the value of the solution.
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brands in the marketplace
Minimum Qualifications
- 9+ years of outside sales experience
- Strong relationships with numerous multifamily executives, who are able to make decisions within their organizations.
- Proven success in outside sales as a true hunter, hitting and exceeding your goals
- Detail-oriented, competitive, have a “can-do” attitude and consistently take the initiative to make things better for your clients and your team
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce and practices and can speak to the why behind implementing various frontend software strategies across several channels
- Experience with Sales CRMs such as Salesforce, NetSuite, HubSpot, etc., and the ability to learn our proprietary tools and technologies
