Position Responsibilities: Reporting to the Vice President of Logistics of an asset-based full service 3PL providing customized solutions in supply chain management, warehousing, and truck brokerage. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for the development of profitable Freight Brokerage business within his or her region. Will be responsible for the closing and development of profitable new business and managing the startup process after the sale. Will also coordinate with Managers, Pricing Analysts, and Operations team to create business solutions and long-term business relationships with perspective new customers. Challenge is to regionally expand account base, increase revenues, and improve profitability.
