Oncology Regional Sales Director
A Regional Sales Director is responsible for developing and managing business accounts in Florida/East Coast or Arizona/West Coast. The ideal candidate will have experience in oncology sales, preferably in lung cancer, and an entrepreneurial disposition with the desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment. The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, developing and executing a regional business plan, and coaching and developing future hires. The position requires extensive travel, a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record, as well as a vehicle available for work use. Full benefits and car/mileage allowance are provided.
Here are the specific responsibilities of the Regional Sales Director:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Develop and execute a regional business plan
- Coach and develop future hires
- Travel to accounts and conventions
Here are the requirements for the Regional Sales Director position:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years’ experience in oncology sales
- 2+ years’ experience in diagnostic oncology sales (preferred)
- Experience working with a startup (plus)
- Proficiency in Salesforce report development and utilization
- Consultative sales style that encourages conversations
