Regional Sales & Operations Manager
We’re seeking a results-driven Regional Sales & Operations Manager to lead operations, sales, and team performance across a designated region. In this role, you’ll drive growth, ensure operational excellence, and champion a safety-first culture.
You’ll manage budgets, lead cross-functional teams, build strong customer relationships, and align regional efforts with company strategy—all while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced industrial environment.
This is a full-time position, salary range: $130,000 - $150,000 (depending on experience)

What You’ll Need:

5+ years in industrial project management (3+ in industrial contracting)

Proven leadership and team development skills

Strong focus on safety, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
