CONSTRUCTION REGIONAL SALES & MARKETING MGR
ATLANTA, GA (5 LOCATIONS from N.C. to AL)

The Regional Sales & Marketing Manager will be expected to work directly with each local sales manager and team in the local markets to develop and increase relationships on a local level. Ideally, 5 locations with 5 Sales Managers overseeing a number of company personnel at each location.

Qualifications:

• Must be very experienced in business development, and construction.
• Ability to provide strategic planning and implementation in each market.
• Motivate and manage teams of sales personnel (this is a specialized position).
• Hire/Mentor/Coach/Train a team to this size and scale, with the ability to grow with the company.
