Regional Retail Manager

Career 1 Source is seeking an experienced banking professional to lead multiple branch locations as Regional Retail Manager for a top regional bank in the Oklahoma City metro. This is a key leadership position focused on driving branch performance, supporting branch managers, and ensuring consistent customer service.

What you will be doing:

Lead and coach branch managers to meet performance and service goals.
Monitor branch operations and staffing needs.
Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
Address escalated issues from customers and employees.
Identify business development opportunities and represent the bank locally.
Collaborate with leadership to execute strategic goals.

A successful candidate for this Regional Retail Manager role will possess the following:

5+ years of banking experience, preferably in branch or retail leadership.
Proven success managing multiple branches or locations.
Strong business acumen and a leadership style focused on coaching and accountability.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, or Marketing).
Registered or eligible for Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
Willing to travel within the Oklahoma City metro regularly and to Wichita corporate office occasionally.
