A dynamic, multi-unit hospitality company is seeking a Regional Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of multiple restaurant locations within its portfolio. This locally-owned company specializes in the development, construction, and management of hotels, restaurants, and other commercial properties across the United States.

The ideal candidate will be a positive, easy-to-work-with, solid leader who can drive operational excellence and consistency across all units. This role is critical for ensuring alignment with company standards, achieving financial targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Regional Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations.
  • Ensure operational excellence, consistent food quality, service standards, and cleanliness across all units.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, P&L statements, and cost control measures to achieve financial targets.
  • Provide guidance, leadership, and coaching to General Managers and conduct their annual evaluations and wage reviews.
  • Manage various administrative and financial functions, including reviewing bi-weekly payroll, reviewing invoices and credit card submissions, and approving accounts payable.
  • Develop and implement strategies for growth, improvement, and yearly budgets.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Micros POS system issues at all locations.
  • Regularly visit properties to evaluate operations and provide hands-on support.

Regional Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in multi-outlet F&B/Full-Service Restaurant management.
  • Must be a solid leader who leads by example, not a dictator, with a positive attitude.
  • Experience in the upper Midwest is needed.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with P&L statements, COGS, and budget creation.
  • Experience recruiting, training, and developing restaurant management teams.
  • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with senior leadership and corporate management.
  • Willing to look at experienced managers, but also open to seasoned candidates and those who are ready for the next step up from a number two position.
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 + bonus generous potential (estimated up to $20,000), comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings with company match, relocation assistance available, and more!
