We’re looking for a hands-on Regional Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of Class A properties in Minneapolis. You’ll start on site for 90 days to learn the operations and culture, then take ownership of 6–10 properties, guiding teams, improving occupancy, and ensuring operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
. Lead and mentor property teams with a focus on leasing and resident satisfaction.
. Roll up your sleeves and be in the field—hands-on leadership is key.
. Partner with senior leadership to implement best practices across the portfolio.

Who You Are
. 3–5 years of regional property management experience.
. Comfortable on site, driving results, and solving challenges directly.
. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
