We are seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a diverse multifamily portfolio throughout the New York market. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, leading site teams, and ensuring assets are meeting financial and occupancy goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties
  • Drive NOI growth through occupancy, rent optimization, and expense control
  • Lead, mentor, and develop on-site Property Managers and teams
  • Partner with ownership and asset management on strategy and performance
  • Review budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of regional/multi-site property management experience
  • Strong financial acumen and operational leadership skills
  • Experience in the NY market preferred
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
