As a leading manufacturer of metal, fiberglass, and wood components, we are seeking a seasoned Regional Production Operations Manager to oversee production operations at our two facilities in Tennessee and Mississippi. This pivotal role facilitates the management of manufacturing processes, optimizes operational efficiencies, ensures the achievement of production targets, and spearheads continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, a robust manufacturing background, and a versatile approach to managing a dynamic production environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor regional production strategies and plans to align with overall company objectives.
- Manage daily operations across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring operational efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate production schedules, workforce management, and equipment usage to maximize output and meet production goals.
- Uphold strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and production targets through vigilant supervision and quality control measures.
- Analyze production metrics and lead continuous performance improvement using lean manufacturing principles.
- Lead, mentor, and develop plant managers and regional production teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous growth.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, and supply chain to enhance product output and quality.
- Manage regional production budgets, perform cost analysis, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure financial objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations in the production process.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing multiple manufacturing facilities.
- Extensive knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods.
- Proficiency in production planning, inventory management, and ERP software, with a strong emphasis on SAP.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in business administration or industrial management.
- Professional certification in project management or lean manufacturing.
- Prior experience in the metal, fiberglass, or wood manufacturing sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven management.
