What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead process reviews to uncover rate limitations and production inefficiencies
  • Support Capex projects, reviewing technical designs and start-up plans
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses using heat/mass balances and process data
  • Act as technical partner to plant leadership on equipment, safety, and process challenges

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated success in process roles within mineral, cement, or heavy industry
  • Technical depth in pyro-processing and related systems
  • Strong problem-solving and project leadership capability
  • Engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or similar)
