This is a highly visible role with a national top tier design firm for airport architecture and vertical terminal development. You'll get to your share of doing but also participate with client development . The right person for the position will be someone who is connected or aspires to be connected in the airport industry, can leverage airport relationships (new and existing ones), and participate on various prominent terminal facility projects which are already won and underway. Ideally this will be a registered architect. There are existing project wins and experienced staff in place that you'd plug right into, meaning that you will inherit plenty of momentum as you step into this leadership role within the national leadership team. In particular, this position will concentrate on the Eastern part of the US, but it's not as though the firm will get territorial. Tracks into a leadership position as others prepare to transition out. Strong in-house aviation team for mentoring and being mentored; this opportunity is due to continued growth and wins, not because anyone has left the practice. We will title it and call it what it needs to be called for the right person, ideally a minimum of 10-15 years worth of experience, but could be much greater experience and still work, or be a strong rising star that's less experienced.
