We are seeking a detail-oriented, positive, and self-motivated Regional Marketing Manager. This role involves assessing and enhancing marketing strategies to improve our brand's presence and performance across multiple locations.


Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Oversight: Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies, including websites, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.

  • Marketing Collateral Evaluation: Ensure promotional materials maintain high-quality standards and consistency with brand identity.

  • Outreach Strategy Analysis: Provide insights and feedback on marketing and outreach plans to boost occupancy and engagement.

  • Social Media Management: Support and provide feedback on social media initiatives at the community level.

  • Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of resident and marketing events to ensure brand consistency.

  • Skills Development: Mentor site staff during visits on best practices related to leasing, communication skills, and community outreach. Offer recommendations for further training based on observations.

  • Industry Trends: Stay informed about current marketing trends and local market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.


Travel Requirements:

  • Frequent travel to various sites within the region is required (SE Michigan).


Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in data interpretation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in managing communications via email and phone.

  • Self-driven with the ability to independently manage schedules and prioritize tasks.

  • Adaptive to new ideas and capable of implementing changes.

  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills.

  • Experience in Leasing and Property Management is advantageous.

  • A supportive team player who can also lead and motivate others.
