-Lead and coordinate a team of 15 electro-mechanical engineers supporting automation, packaging, and material handling systems at customer sites across North America
-Act as the hands-on technical leader, providing direction on PLC programming, troubleshooting, and system optimization to ensure peak performance and uptime
-Oversee site operations, maintenance standards, and customer satisfaction across multiple embedded engineering programs
-Recruit, train, and mentor field engineers, building a high-performing team skilled in automation and electro-mechanical service
-Bring 5+ years of experience in automation, robotics, packaging equipment, or material handling systems, plus strong PLC and controls knowledge; a technical degree or engineering background preferred
-Enjoy a $95K-$120K compensation range, ~50% regional travel, 15% overnight travel, and remote flexibility while leading service excellence for an industry innovator
-Must live in Phoenix, AZ
