Regional Director of Development - SFR

Position Summary:
The firm is in the process of continued growth and are searching for a leader to work hand-in-hand with the President to allow him to focus on growing the company. As such, we are performing a search for a multifamily development leader to head up and be instrumental in building, growing and managing a multifamily development platform at the highest level.
This individual will lead all aspects of development across the entire life cycle from sourcing, executing and stabilization. The right candidate will be an accomplished multifamily development leader that has experience managing a high performing development business unit/pipeline/region, enjoys being “hands on”, loves all aspects of real estate development and growing a business to scale. In a collaborative, well planned environment having ample support, this individual will be responsible for the growth, direction and performance of the development business.
