Regional Director Revenue Cycle

Our client is one of the nation’s largest networks of integrated, community-based physician practices dedicated to advancing high-quality, evidence-based care.

They have engaged our firm to help them identify a top revenue cycle executive to lead one of their most successful regional operations.

The Regional Director, Revenue Cycle will serve as a single point of contact for assigned practices. They will be responsible for managing a team of Revenue Cycle Managers to drive and ensure practice satisfaction and retention across all assigned locations within the specialty and/or region. This role will also coordinate with the RVP of Revenue Operations and/or Specialty leaders to assess additional opportunities and will collaboratively identify, address and successfully resolve a broad range of topics and issues.

The selected candidate will have the following:

Education/Training:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related is required. Master's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • 3+ years in previous provider management experience within a healthcare environment.
  • Previous management experience a plus

Experience:

A minimum of 5+ years experience health system and/or physician office experience with large employed groups of physicians/providers in the related functions of practice management, patient workflow and revenue cycle management, healthcare consulting. C-suite Presentation skills also necessary.
