Position Responsibilities
- Manage and support a dedicated regional portfolio of franchise partners, steering operations to consistently hit performance and business growth targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews, site evaluations, and KPI assessments to optimize shop efficiency, labor management, inventory control, and profit margins.
- Serve as a primary strategic coach, providing actionable, data-driven insights to franchise owners to improve store-level unit economics and guest experience.
- Collaborate with internal operations and learning development teams to construct and implement training resources, supporting new store openings and regional remodels.
- Ensure absolute alignment with comprehensive food safety, sanitation, and compliance regulations across all locations.
- Direct local and market-wide product launches, procedure changes, and promotional rollouts by ensuring complete team and shop readiness.
- Champion swift crisis management and consumer contact escalation processes with extreme diligence and care.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent baseline of professional industry experience.
- 3 to 5 years of multi-unit management experience, ideally operating within a franchise or licensed fast-casual restaurant environment.
- Proven command of operational technology and franchise software systems, specifically Google Suite, FranConnect, and Microsoft Office.
- Advanced consultative and relationship-building skills, with a track record of successfully influencing independent business owners to make sound operational decisions.
- Demonstrated acumen in analyzing financial metrics, P&L statements, and key performance data to drive growth strategies.
- Highly autonomous worker with exceptional time management, conflict resolution, and change management capabilities.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to comply with national and state business travel mandates.
- Ability to travel up to 75% across the designated territory for shop visits, with flexibility to support weekend operational needs.
