Position Summary

The Regional Channel Sales - CCaaS role is responsible for driving new partner acquisition and enabling their success through onboarding, training, and co-selling efforts. This is an individual contributor role with strategic importance. You will report directly to executive leadership and play a critical role in shaping the customer experience and partner engagement strategy for a best-in-class CCaaS offering. This role is fully remote, with occasional travel for partner events and expos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and activate new sub-agents and reseller partners nationwide.
  • Lead CCaaS solution enablement for newly onboarded partners through strategic training, onboarding plans, and early-stage sales support.
  • Execute multi-channel business development campaigns, including event participation, lead gen initiatives, and outreach strategies.
  • Support partners throughout the sales cycle with co-selling assistance, demos, proposals, CRM management, and contract negotiation.
  • Cultivate long-term channel relationships through quarterly business reviews, performance evaluations, and growth planning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, finance, and customer success teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and implementation.
  • Serve as the product’s channel evangelist, maintaining CRM hygiene, reporting metrics, and opportunity tracking using Salesforce and other internal systems.
  • Participate in post-sales efforts, including client introductions, invoicing reviews, and success metric analysis to ensure strong initial value delivery.
  • Represent the company at national and regional events—approximately 5 to 6 per year.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience selling CCaaS, CPaaS, or contact center solutions through the indirect channel model.
  • Demonstrated success building and supporting a portfolio of independent sales agents and sub-agents.
  • Strong background in the telecommunications space, including exposure to solutions like SIP Trunking, Hosted PBX, and related services.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, and ZoomInfo preferred.
  • Ability to self-manage, operate independently, and maintain a high standard of accountability.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support channel events and partner development efforts.
